Once again the South Valley was resplendent in color, costume, family, enthusiasm, and this year with the election just 2 days away, outrage. Every year we think the gathering cannot become more, and every year it does. Everywhere has its problems, but here in the South Valley we also have our Marigold Parade and pride.
